Shannon Tenielle Natalia Arthur also known as ‘Chef Shan’ is considered to be an undiscovered talent. Shannon has a passion for food and creating flavors that leave all tasters begging for more.

Shannon is the CEO of Flavors by Shannon which was birthed in 2014 while she was completing a course at Youth Training and Employment Partnership Programmed (YTEPP). She has catered to a variety of clients for different social and political gatherings. Her clients have included Scorch, Agricola Credit Union, T&TEC & Guardian Life.

Shannon continues to pursue her associate degree in culinary arts at Trinidad & Tobago Hospitality & Tourism Institute. (TTHTI) which closed in her last year prior to graduation. Even with this setback, she has been able to gather a wide range of experience working for such companies as Sandals, Barbados and PICH in Brooklyn, New York and has performed exceptionally well. She was also given the opportunity to teach local cuisine and baking virtually, to a group of women during the pandemic.

Shannon is ambitious, fun, caring, teachable and relentless in her pursuit to not just complete her degree. Her fervent desire is to provide a flavor experience at her own store front soon.
