As a standout contestant on the Maggi Food Court competition, Marlon impressed with his exceptional culinary skills and creativity, earning widespread acclaim. He is the chef and owner of Adamo, where he masterfully blends authentic Trinidadian flavors with modern techniques to create unforgettable dining experiences. 

Recently appointed as a Director at Trinidad Culinary Association, Marlon also serves as a Research and Development Chef. Passionate about the farm-to-table ethos, he deeply values sustainability and strives to raise awareness about sustainable practices. Marlon incorporates these principles into his culinary creations, ensuring each dish not only delights the palate but also supports the well-being of our planet. His mission is to elevate Trinidadian cuisine and present it on a global stage, celebrating the rich and diverse flavors of Trinidad worldwide.
