He then pursued a Diploma in Culinary Management from 2014 to 2016, further solidifying his foundation in the culinary arts. Post-graduation, Chef Kristoff brought his culinary talents to Home Café, working as a line chef from 2016 to 2018. Simultaneously, he contributed his skills to Rizzoni's from 2017 to 2018. His career continued to flourish at Vay Berri on the Greens, where he served as a line chef from 2018 to 2020, demonstrating his creativity and dedication to quality cuisine.
In addition to his culinary pursuits, Chef Kristoff has successfully transitioned into the finance industry, currently working as a Credit Analyst for Nestlé. This role highlights his multifaceted abilities and strategic mindset. Despite his financial career, Chef Kristoff remains deeply committed to the culinary world.
He is now a Junior Chef Developer with Trinidad Culinary Limited, where he mentors and inspires new chefs, fostering innovation and excellence within the culinary community.
