Rachel is a dedicated and self-taught pastry chef, and the owner of One More Bite. With a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a minor in Political Science, her career path took a transformative turn during the pandemic when she discovered a profound passion for the Baking and Pastry Arts. Since then, Rachel has diligently honed her skills, committing to the highest standards of culinary excellence.
