Founder & President
Natasha de Bourg is the founder and president of the Trinidad Culinary Association and the executive chef at a Caribbean fine dining restaurant in Annapolis, Maryland. She has honed her culinary skills at seven of the top restaurants worldwide, including the prestigious 3-Michelin-starred Mirazur in Menton, France. Her culinary journey has earned her a reputation that stands second to none. Natasha has also studied mixology and bartending under the tutelage of Colin Field, the world-renowned bartender from the Ritz Paris.
Currently enrolled at Harvard University, where she is studying Culinary Psychology, Natasha is a Trinidadian native who has traveled to over 70 countries and 100 regions and provinces, gaining unparalleled culinary knowledge, diversity, culture, and flavors. Her exceptional skills have led her to cook for dignitaries, celebrities, and monarchs.
Natasha is widely recognized as the chef on Season 2 of Bravo TV’s hit reality show Below Deck Sailing Yacht, now streaming on NBC Universal's Peacock. She has also appeared four times as a guest on the popular TV talk show Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Her latest original cooking shows include The Road Less Traveled, co-produced with Caribbean network CEEN TV; Momztration, co-produced with Caribbean network Digicel; Cooking with The Classy Chef; #FoodMD, co-produced with Caribbean network FLOW; and Carnival Cocktail Coolers, airing on TTT in Trinidad.
